Portraits of individuals, mostly birds. 
I try not to think of them as species.
It's a challenge, and often a revelation, to see them in other terms.

Overhead Underfoot - series

Contemplating walking paths. 
Dappled and shifting patterns on paths, roads, beaches evoke the sky, living things, wind, and light overhead.
Looking down becomes uplifting.
